不同清洗液再生ELISA反应板效果的比较

ELLSA反应板的利用,目前仅为一次性的。本试验采取5种不同清洗液对其进行洗涤处理,对比试验结果表明:不同浓度浓硫酸和重铬酸钾配制的清洗效果好,尤以高浓度的效果最佳,可行性强。     

Osteochondrosis and arthrosis in pigs. IV. Effect of overloading on the distal epiphyseal plate of the ulna

The effect of overloading on the distal epiphyseal plate of the ulna is described. The right forelegs of 6 pigs were fixed such that the pigs were forced to walk on 3 legs during 2 periods, the first of 12 days duration at about 50 kg live weight, and the second of 7 days at about 100 kg live weight. Osteochondrosis developed to a more marked degree in the left than in the right epiphyseal plate of the ulna, but this did not lead to reduced lengthwise growth of the bones to any great extent. The overloading led to reversible changes in the distal epiphyseal plate of the ulna. It is conceivable that this was due to disturbances in the metaphyseal blood flow. It is also conceivable that the overloading was neither great enough nor of sufficient duration to affect the epiphyseal blood flow with consequential irreversible damage to, and premature closure of, the epiphyseal plate.

In this paper, the multiple buckled state of the orthotropic rectangular plate with a double eigenvalue is studied by the modern bifurcation method. The corresponding calculated results are also given.     

厚板的精确理论

利用弹性力学的混合方程，获得了满足弹性力学所有微分方程的厚板精确解基本形式，提出了求解各种边缘情况矩形板的精确解的一般方法，最后通过算例对板的力、应变和位移进行了分析和讨论。     

球链蚧属栎类群一新种(同翅目:蚧总科:球链蚧科)

球链蚧属Lecanodiaspis Targioni-Tozzetti 1869栎类群,系James O.Howell 和Michael Kosztarab 1972依据其形态和地理分布划分的4个类群之一。已知该类群现在全世界有14种,我国7种。这类蚧的雌成虫肛板外缘皆有网状或细胞状花纹;后气门路不分支;气门周缘通常有一高度硬化框,称之为“盒状”式气门。作者于1988年在云南省思茅地区采集蚧标本时,于石柯上采集到这一新种。新种的正模和副模标本,均保存于山东农业大学昆虫学教研室昆虫标本室。     

庙头泵站拦污栅工程设计

工程设计采用两根地梁平行布置,将闸墩底板联成一块,使底板形成方格式的整体结构,较好地解决了拦污栅工程的抗滑稳定问题。     

有限分析法计算薄板弯曲问题

本文用有限分析法求解薄板的弯曲问题，推导的相应的有限分析代数方程组，给出了计算实例，给出了计算实例，计算结果表明，该方法是一种有效的解析与数值结合方法。     

斜板沉沙是节省投资和运行可靠的方案

本文通过准格尔黄河水源沉沙池模型试验,说明在内蒙古段黄河水沙条件下,使用斜板沉沙,其效率为平流式沉沙的5倍左右。可大幅度节省用地面积和投资;在稀遇的高含沙量达60kg/m~3时,完全可以正常运行。同时,根据模型试验情况,对斜板沉沙池的设计和运行的有关问题提出建议。
